Device will return to contacts list page when you cancel exporting contacts to media card.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open Contacts.
2. Tap setting button.
3. Tap export contacts button 
4. Select "To Media Card" option 
5. Press select all button 
6. Press Close button 


[3.Expected Result]: 
Device will return to export contacts page.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6. Device will return to contacts list page.

We don't go back to the contact list while we import contacts from Gmail or Outlook. This looks like a good first bug. Do you confirm, Jose?

Yes, probably the reporter is right and for consistency after a cancel operation the user should remain in the export contacts view. needinfo-ing Carrie to confirm whether is this a bug or not
