User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.104 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Message with RPP command was sent. RPP commands were turned off. 


Actual results:

After receiving the RPP message with command nothing happens.


Expected results:

Response message ''RPP <command> setting is turned off.'' should be received.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
