I see the problem in the attached test case, but the referenced site 
seems to render fine.

The test case, however, exhibits a very odd layout problem, confirming the error 
on build from 2001121003 on win98

If the "referenced site" that works fine is the site I reported.  Its not due to
a bug fix.  I changed the site to work around the bug.

be closed?
