Certain names listed under the city drop down menu, for Date & Time, are not actually cities and are names for some countries, provinces, or Islands instead.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141103001220
2) Open settings
3) Open Date & Time
4) Set region to "Pacific Ocean"
5) Open city drop down menu
  
Actual:
Names for some countries, provinces, or islands are shown
  
Expected: 
Only names of cities should be shown
