Details

If Mozilla gets a "PARSER:Internal Syntax Error" the error should be shown to
the user otherwise it will look like the mail mozilla failed to read is empty.
optional this could be done via a pref that defaulted to false.

some kind of:
user_pref("mail.show_imap_errors", true);

Why make it a pref? "Mozilla encountered a parser error while trying to display
this message" would make more sense than pretending the message is blank. (Is
that the HTML parser or another parser?)
