A number of defects were discovered in the CSecureEnv class
implementation when the code was ported to the Mac OS X version of the
MRJPlugin. These fixes should be incorporated in the older plugin now
that they are working well in the new plugin.

Ports fixes to CSecureEnv from Mac OS X MRJPlugin into classic plugin.
Hmm, there's something missing here. The patch looks good, but the environment
fails to initialize properly under OS 9... apparently because it doesn't find
the "netscape.oji.JNIThread" class.
