1. Go to Settings -> Media storage -> Internal storage section 
2. Press "Format Internal storage"

[3.Expected Result]: 
it should prompt  "Format internal storage will erase all data stored on your internal storage. This cannot be undone. Do you want to proceed?" 

[4.Actual Result]: 
Pop-up dialog with:
It will prompt  "Format SD card will erase all data stored on your SD card. This cannot be undone. Do you want to proceed?"

Hi Elie, could you help to verify this issue again with v2.1 and v2.2
I test with both versions but there has no mismatch problem between internal storage and sd card
Also, could you attach any reproduce video with it?

Hi Mike, This issue still exist in flame 2.1,does not exist in flame 2.2

Looks like the fixed patch(https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/df7c9bb74e575fe5fc2250a437c9a8a8b24b30be) was not existed in Gaia code base of v2.1.

We should uplift the above patch for v2.1.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

Is this a regression on 2.1 ? If not, why are we blocking 2.1 on this ? 
Can QA confirm if this is regressed since 2.0 or 2.1 ?
