Steps to reproduce:
Open the style editor, refresh page
Actual results:
A white bar appears along the bottom of the browser where the status bar used to be. The entire dev tools is pushed up and the top is truncated. See attachments

Can you reproduce this against a clean profile? ( https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles )
