User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 Build ID: 20141013200257 Steps to reproduce: Building website with Django test server on localhost port 8000. While page is loading, I terminate the server with ctrl+C (on Ubuntu/Bash). I am using Firefox 33, but noticed it before at unknown version. I'm typing this in Firefox so I can't test safe mode right now. Fairly standard Ubuntu 14.04 install using Django 1.7 with Bash Terminal. Actual results: Firefox closes. There is no error. When I open it again it lets me restore tabs. I just repeated this 4 times, Firefox crashed 3 times (page loaded the other time so I probably terminated the server too late). (The Django server also terminates, so ctrl+C arrives at the terminal). Expected results: Firefox keeps running (page probably fails to load). (This is probably a low priority problem, and I don't care too much myself, but I feel that it is a real bug so I'll report it anyway.)
I have just confirmed that this also happens in safe mode. It is not the result of an add-on.

Mark, do you have crash reports from this crash in about:crashes? If so, can you paste those links here?
Hmm no I don't, that's empty. There's also no error while closing, but it does save session.
