1093822 - FTU tutorial references "credit information" which is only used for certain operators

In 2.0/2.1/master, the second screen in the FTU tutorial says "Swipe down to access recent notifications, credit information and settings", but for most operators it only shows usage information, not credit information.

The string should be changed to something like "Swipe down to access recent notifications, usage information and settings".

Revised string, bump id in both phone and tablet usages (tutorial-notifications-v2-tiny and tutorial-step1-large-3 respectively) 

Note that tutorial-step1-tiny thru tutorial-step6-tiny are no longer in use and can get cleaned up in a follow-up

Looks good. Not sure if it's worth it to disturb our l10n guys for such a small change, but I'd rather to ping them at least for feedback, as we're changing strings.
