Markdown has been backed out from the 5.0 branch, but existing 4.5.x installations already have the longdescs.is_markdown column. This column must go away (checksetup tests will complain if the DB schema of a fresh new installation doesn't match an upgraded DB). It's a one liner:
$dbh->bz_drop_column('longdescs', 'is_markdown');
This fix must land in 5.0 only.
