I'd like to see the Notifications Panel give the Quick Actions buttons on the bottom a bit more power.

I believe that by adopting the UX of tap/hold on the button (like in the Keyboard) to expand a panel of sub-options, the Quick Actions will become far more powerful and useful. Each item listed below the Quick Actions button would be its own entry in the sub-menu.

Here is what I believe could be good sub-options for each Quick Action:
Tap/Hold WiFi:
Show list of APs sorted by signal quality
(This may need a maximum number of items, perhaps 6?)

Tap/Hold Airplane Mode:
Nothing I can think of.

Tap/Hold Bluetooth:
Visibility Toggle
Show list of BT Devices sorted by name (signal quality?)
(This may need a maximum number of items, perhaps 6?)

Tap/Hold Data:
Data Roaming Toggle
Data Radio Speed (2G/3G/4G/Auto Buttons)

Tap/Hold Settings:
Geolocation Toggle
NFC Toggle
USB Storage Toggle

Personally, I think the Airplane toggle should be removed from the Quick Actions panel on the Notifications screen as it exists in the Power Button screen, and its place could be taken by a "Accessories" toggle for NFC/GPS/USB/etc.

Bulk editing these for tracking to consider for a release with greater UX changes, and to clear the queue. These are not in scope for 2.2 but are marked for 2.3 planning tracking.
