[1.Description]:
You can't delete the downloaded  music in "Dlowloads".

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:Connect with WIFI.
1. Download some musics from website,but don''t open them by notification.
2. Launch Settings->"Downloads".
3. Tap "Settings", and select some musics to delete.


[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The music should be deleted successfully.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.It will prompt "Unable to open...".and can't delete successfully.

This bug can't be repro on Flame 2.1&2.2 latest build, and close it.
If anyone can repro, reopen again please.
