Steps to reproduce:

Open a named popup window using window.open. Zoom appears to be disabled by default.

While the popup window is open, the File > View menu is grayed out, regardless of whether the popup window or another window has focus.


Actual results:

View menu items were grayed out.


Expected results:

I'm not sure why the popup window causes the View menu to be grayed out, but at the very least it shouldn't gray out the View menu for *other* windows.
