Description

STR:
- Go to settings, Language
- Change the language to non-latin one, like Korean or Japanese or Arabic
- press OK, then enter Language again, and select English again, press OK

Actual:
- On the top status bar, both the non-latin and english locales are overlapped
Expected:
- Only show the latest locale

This does not reproduce in 2.1

Also, when locale is changed, I can't take screenshot by pressing sleep + voldown combination even when I change the locale back to English.

Can you provide a screenshot for this via AppManager (or WebIDE) or just take a picture of it?
This would be easier to know what the problem is.

The status bar shows in both languages, although currently English is selected.

Looks like a status bar issue, move to System component.
