Per irc conversation, placed item level targeting for the machine name is not b-2008-ix-0172 in file local users gpo in regards to the key files copy. I am going to leave this bug open, so we don't lose track of this machine. Please let me know when it is safe to remove the item level targeting.

All done, could you remove the targeting so that it gets production keys again ?
Does someone from releng want to take this to test out what they learned over the work week (now that this doesn't need to block on relops)?
