Description: The user is unable to select "SIM Manager" in Settings. Once attempted, the user is unable to select any other menu item in Settings.

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20141105040206
2: Open Settings > SIM Manager
3: Attempt to open any menu item in Settings.

Actual: 
The user is unable to select Settings menu items after attempting to open SIM Manager.

Expected:
The user is able to select all Settings menu items.

This issue does NOT repro on Flame 2.1 (319mb/shallow flash) or Flame 2.2 (319mb/shallow flash/20141031040201)

I was able to reproduce the bug on the reported nightly user build (20141105040206) but NOT on latest tinderbox engineering or tinderbox user build. Repro rate: 0/5 on tinderbox.

We won't be able to do a regression window because this issue does not appear in Tinderbox

I've been trying to reproduce this issue without success. However, I've reproduce the same behavior when changing between panels so fast and when enabling and disabling |Develop Menu| setting. I can't give you a STR since this issue seems to be a bit random. Here you have the error I get in logcat:
