What problems would this solve?
===============================
Increase engagement with the content in the soapbox as demonstrated recently by "Project Nonfoxes"[0].

Who would use this?
===================
* people who want to use soapbox to say something to MDN visitors
* MDN visitors who read soapbox
What would users see?
=====================
A small logo, bigger than a favicon but smaller than the height of the white bar when it has one line of text in it. Probably to the left of the text.
What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
Slightly more clicks on soapbox messages.
Is there anything else we should know?

Kicking to engineering for an estimate. Maybe a [good first bug] or mentored bug?

Technically, soapbox allows any HTML you want to throw into the message. Making sure it's displayed without escaping is a template-side issue.
