This works for me with Firefox33, Firefox trunk (36) on windows7 Reporter: Please try it in the Firefox safemode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and with a new profile if you still get the issue in the safemode: http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles
Flags: needinfo?(dalcris)
Priority: P3 → --
1. In safe mode (without add-on) -> not working. 2. The old profile was removed and a new one was created -> not working, the problem persist. Notes: - I use the latest official version of Firefox: 33.0.2 - Not all web pages are displayed abnormally - The issue was detected after the last Firefox (auto)upgrade - Also, I previously used Firebug extension that at now it is unworkable (all text from tabs is not displayed), only the messages from console are displayed. - Finally I switched to Chrome (with great regret in the soul!)

It's pretty similar to bug 1090298. Can you test with your clean profile and with OMTC disabled (about:config > layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled = false, restart FF to apply). If that works, type about:support and paste the "graphics" section.

Cc'ing Moz dev, maybe they could give you a workaround by modifying about:config.

No idea at this point, do we have different possible configurations for font rendering on windows when we use the cairo backend? Not working in safe mode is pretty scary since we don't do many fancy things in safe mode.

Hi,
I'm looking at old bugs to see if they are still reproducible.
I tested this page http://codelobster.com/forum/on Windows 10 on Release 93.0 (64-bit), Beta 94.0b9 (64-bit), Nightly 95.0a1 (2021-10-22) (64-bit) but wasn't able to see the issue on my end.
The second test page https://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-guide/ returns a 404 error.
Since it seems this is an outdated issue, I'll close this ticket as Resolved - WFM, if this is reproducible please reopen and provide more steps to reproduce.
Thanks,
Virginia
