Steps to reproduce:
Attach a zip file to a message and send it. The zip disappears and there is no feedback saying there was an error.
Actual results:
The attached zip disappeared.
Expected results:
The attached zip should be uploaded with the message.

The attachment is uploaded separately with the message, so we just need to rig the UI to not show the message until the attachment is finished also.

STR:
1. Go to Commbadge.
2. Post a note with a larger attachment (100KB+)
Expected:
The note should show up with the attachment at the same time. The note doesn't show up before the attachment is done uploading.
Actual:
The note shows up, and then after a while, the attachment shows up AFTER the success message was already raise.
