  The number is truncation when the contact's use custom tag as label over 40 characters
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.Save a contact which uses custom tag as label over 40 characters in contacts
 app(10086);
  2.dial a call (10086)
  3.the number(10086) is truncation -->KO

What do you mean by "contact which uses custom tag as label"? I tested by entering 50 characters for the first name and 50 for the last name, I don't reproduce.

The detail reproducing step for Save a contact which uses custom tag as label over 40 characters in contacts app(10086):
1. Click Add contact in Contacts, then click Mobile field, in the Label list you can see Custom tag, input more than 40 characters as a new Label and click Done.
2. Input name in Name field.
3. Input the number(for example 10086) in phone field.
4. Click Done to save this new contact.
