This is likely a regression from bug 1074117, specifically: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/100a8cfb8ee49b98ad82c6c09a9dbab59b6400de#diff-643974b93e993a991fc391f2e5b83687L263

Bebe: Could you get someone to look into improving this wait? Ideally we'd wait until we know that the target element is no longer in a state of flux, but if necessary I'm okay with adding the StaleElementException to the ignored exceptions in this case.
