Details

We don't use a traditional form for the PIN so we need to hook-up a submit handler for the enter key so it works as expected from Desktop browsers.

QA notes: This won't be able to test on the phones, but it will be worth testing for any PIN flow regressions following these changes.

Verified as fixed in MP-stage on FF OS 1.4 (Inari) and FF 34 (Android 4.2.1). There are no PIN flow regressions. Closing bug.
