  DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [Download]No response when select the file open in downloads
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Launch browser and input URL:http://202.105.184.18:9000/index.html
 2.Enter E5test2->Media content,secelt different formats of sound/image/video media
 to download it.
 3.Enter main menu->Settings->Device(Downloads),select the downloaded media
 files to open,No response===>KO
 
 Notes:
 1.quit settings and reopen it, still can not open the downloaded file
 2.restart the phone and into settings/downloads,can open the file successfully
 3.try to download 5-10 different files is easy to repo this problem
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 should open it normal 
 
 description：
      download a file through browser(like jpg).the file's download state will
 become 'finalized'（or after some simple action like open it then quit）.and in the click file event will not handle the state of 'finalized'，so has no response when we clicked it.To restart MS,the file's download state become 'succeeded' again,and we can open the file now.
     "finalized" : We won't try to download this resource, but the DOM object is still alive. 
     it seems there are some problem of a downloaded file to have a 'finalized' download state.

      we need to modify the procdures to repo easier.
      
      1.Enter main menu->Settings->Device(Downloads);
      2.Launch browser and input URL:http://202.105.184.18:9000/index.html
      3.Enter E5test2->Media content,secelt different formats of sound/image/video media
      4.change to Settings/Downloads,and click the downloaded file.
 
      it's no reponse;
      but,if close and reopen the settings app,maybe ok to open it.

      I found no event to notify the settings/downloads to update files status when the file are completed downloading.
