1) DEVELOPMENT
* Aki was working late night and essentially made a typo. That happens. The real problem is with our QA and testing
* "I was working on the sequential form, made an update to the wrapper, tested the wrapper, didn't test the 1-age form fully."

2) QA
* Our QA didn't catch Aki's typo
* DavidA: build a test harness / better test automation?

3) EMAIL MONITORING 
* First email from a donor reporting something wrong: Wed, Nov 5 at 8:39pm 
* Mari saw the mails Thursday morning. She pinged Kelli, didn’t hear from her, and so rang the alarm with engagement list.

* Note: we were lucky Mari happened to be monitoring. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't have noticed until Kelli started work, on West Coast time. 
* Mari: "If there’s a new donation page going up or mass mail going out, more attention shoudl be paid to donor mail for the first day or so."
