Several rounds of diagnostics and subsequent re-imaging have failed to find anything wrong with this machine. I just attempted another re-image myself (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=959635#c8) and despite going through the process, the machine still shows some inconsistencies.
e.g. I wanted to try running chkdsk, which I can usually do via "runas /user:Administrator" but on this particular machine I cannot.
Are there error logs for this host to indicate a GPO problem?

I am not seeing anything out of sorts with this machines. Chkdsk is coming back with no bad sectors, Group policy appears to be up to date, and nothing concerning is showing in the event viewer.
