Description:
When user is in browser and scrolls up and down, a black line will appear between the top of the web page and rocketbar
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141106001204
2) Go to rocketbar and search anything
3) Go to the top of web page and scroll up and down
4) Observe the space between the rocketbar and top of the web page
Actual:
Black line appears
Expected:
Black line doesen't appear

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.0 and Flame 2.2
