I'd like enough permissions on my LDAP login to be able to see why the IRC-notification bot for https://ci.mozilla.org isn't working.

At least one job -- bouncer.prod -- is set up to send "change" test-results notification to #stubby, but it doesn't happen, as seen here:

as discussed in irc, the irc notifications plugin was not configured to join #stubby. i have added this for you :)

with regards to access, it looks like only the sysadmin ldap group has the ability to manage jenkins. that's not a group i can add you to ;)
