Details
Upon launching the address book, the address book should open with an address
book selected. Currently, no address book is selected, so the address book
always opens with the thread and card panes blank.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Launch apprunner.
2. Launch address book [Tasks | Address Book]. Note: Address Book opens, but the
Personal Address Book (default local address book, and the only one I have right
now) is *not* pre-selected. As a result, the thread pane is blank and the
address book card pane is blank.
Added code to the address book and the Select Addresses dialog to select the
first address book when the window/dialog opens. Fixed.
Status: ASSIGNED → RESOLVED

Using 19990922 builds on win98, mac and linux this is fixed. Verified
