[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Camera.
2. Try to drop the notification bar down.


[3.Expected Result]: 
2. The screen shouldn't flash any time.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2. The screen will flash.

    I am able to reproduce this issue on latest Flame 2.0,Could you help with the bug? Thank you.
    Note:This issue doesn't be repro on Flame 2.1&2.2,Woodduck 2.0M.
