10954 - Dialup properties needs to be exposed in prefs

The dialup properties of the profile should be exposed in the prefs panels so
the user has an easy way to modify them.  The only other alternative would be to
make people go to the profile manager to edit them, but we don't have that in
place either.  Let's try the prefs panel approach first.

what is status of these bugs?  Will they need to be fixed for Factory?

I didnt realise that I still owned dialup bugs. As of now I dont think
mozilla/netscape has dialup integrated into the product in such a way that we
could expose the properties in the prefs panel. Perhaps this bug should either
be re-assigned or moved to a later milestone

atleast for Win32, comments in bug 93002 are saying not to expose dialup
properties in prefs: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93002#c95
