1. Start the Mozilla.org Developer firstrun
2. Go to 3rd step(Keep your browser in Sync).
Issue:
"Keep your browser in Sync" highlights Menu panel button instead of Sign in to Sync.

This is as per the design as far as I'm aware - clicking "Sync my Firefox" then highlights Sign in to Sync.

Marking this as invalid, unless the spec has changed in which case we can reopen. Changing the flow now might not be do-able in time for release however.
