STR:

1. Start the Mozilla.org Developer firstrun.
2. Resize Firefox window so that Open WebIde or Web Developer buttons are in the overflow button or close to being merged in the overflow.

Issue:
The highlight disappears.

This is a workaround we have had to put in until Bug 1091785 is fixed, also door-hanger alignment can appear broken.
