Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0
Build ID: 20141106030201
Steps to reproduce:
Tried to open *.pdf, or *.xls, or *.docx email attachment files like I have in the past.
Have spend over two days trying numerous trouble shooting suggestions. None of them have worked. Even uninstall and reinstall FF version 33.0.3. Same error. Appears to have started in the recent past.
Finally found FF Nightly version 36.0a1(2014-11-06) to work correctly. Appears error has gotten in public release version 33.0.3
Actual results:
Get error message similar to "C:\users\...\appdata\local\temp.....could not be saved, because source file, could not be read", when attempting to open email attachments.
Expected results:
Should have opened file in with Adobe reader, Excel or Word like it has done in the past.
It's fixed in 33.1 and 34+.

OK, if it is fixed how do I get the fixed version? My FF version is 33.0.3 and the updater says this is the up to date version.
