1. Make a call to your voicemail.
2. Put it on hold.
3. Receive a phone call.
4. Swap the calls.

Actual result
You can here your voicemail.

Expected result
I don't know what's the best workflow. At first, I would say, if you swap the calls, you should find the call in the state where you left it (on hold). But if you swap the calls, you probably want to talk to the person you left, hence pressing one button instead of 2 makes sense in that case.

Hi, 

As in bug 1094878 comment 6, I'd suggest only in the case that users put the call on hold first and then add/answer the other call, we keep the last state for them (on-hold) after they switch back to it, other than this, we allow them to go back to the call directly. Thanks!
