Description:
When a user creates a new event on a day, they may observe upon creation that the dot does not appear. The dot returns upon restarting the calendar event. Very low repro rate, not sure if it's just a lapse in the phone or if an underlying condition was present. Options that were sure to be set:
- Wifi Enabled & connected
- Data Connection enabled (during FTU/3G slot)
- Developer Settings Enabled ( ADB + DevTools ) && Software Home Button
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141107001205
2) Open 'Calendar' app.
3) Tap on current day.
4) Tap on '+' in top right corner to create a new event.
5) Fill out fields for: "What?", "Where?"; save event.
6) Observe Calendar UI.
Actual:
Event UI, the dot, is missing for the newly created event.
Expected:
Event UI appears displays for all visible events on Calendar.
Environmental Variables:
Device: Flame 2.1 (Shallow Flash)
BuildID: 20141107001205
Gaia: 6295f6acfe91c6ae659712747dd2b9c8f51d0339
Gecko: 8c23b4f2ba29
Gonk: Base 188 Shallow Flash
Version: 34.0 (2.1)
Firmware: V188
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:34.0) Gecko/34.0 Firefox/34.0
Unable to repro on 2.2 thus far, but not certain if that's due to the low reproduction rate or if the issue doesn't exist. I will follow up if I manage to see this.
Repro frequency: 1/8

Not nominating to block because the reproduction rate is so low, and the event will still give reminders.
