Description:
When user receives an email with a phone number in the body of the email, the phone number is not highlighted and the user cannot tap or press and hold the number to open context menu that would allow user to add to or create a new contact.

This issue occurs with phone numbers of all sizes, from 4 to 11 digits.

Tested on Gmail (IMAP) and Outlook (Activesync) email accounts using a Wi-Fi connection.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141107001205
2) Launch email app
3) Receive email with phone number in body
4) Short and long tap on phone number
  
Actual:
No context menu is opened when tapping on phone number
  
Expected: 
Context menu is opened that allows user to create new or add number to existing contact
