Steps to reproduce:

Drag a firefox tab from one monitor to the other, happens occasionally (maybe 1 of 10 times I drag a tab)


Actual results:

The tab preview gets stuck between the two monitors and will not go away until system restart. Tab preview image is the front layer and stays over any program, including desktop. Restarting following processes did not solve: dwm.exe, explorer.exe, firefox.exe


Expected results:

Tab preview should not get stuck on screen

We have people who constantly work on Windows 7 with 2 monitors but they say they never saw this happen. [e-mail] is this still happening for you? If yes, does it happen only for Firefox?

The bug only happens with Firefox. I am currently using the Developer Edition and have not had this bug occur to me since Aurora was phased out. I will post an update if it happens again.

Thank you for the info! I'll close this for the time being to clear it from our triage list. Feel free to reopen/file a new bug if the issue comes up again.
