Attachment: strange displaying of dropdown

- go to the dev tools
- click the Tools options icon
- in the default dev tools options, choose the default colour dropdown menu

another separate little window opens at a distance of the dropdown.
expected result : the menu should unfold just below the clicked button.

I attach two screenshots, one of them shows an annoying distance when the dev tools windows is unpinned and resized.
