Details

This should introduce a new argument --artifacts which should be a directory where test failure artifacts go. To start with I believe the structure will look like this:

<artifcats>/<test file name>/<test>/<artifact type>

For example this should include a gecko.log, screenshot, etc... The scope of this bug should just be the screenshot functionality to start.
