Steps to reproduce the problem: - Enable e10s and restart Nightly. - Install testing plugin (attached nptest2.dll). I copied the dll into %NIGHLY_PATH%/browser/plugins/ - Open the testing page (attached test.html) - Click the plugin allowing prompt and click "Continue Allowing" Expected result: The plugin is rendered in the testing page. Actual result: Nothing happened, the testing page is still in blank. only tested on Window8.1

Bill, this is almost certainly a dup of the .reloadPlugins bug, which I can't find right now.

I tried on the lastest Nightly, it seems that it's already been fixed.
