[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1][Settings] We can't scroll the unlock button in order to unlock device when we play game(Skate Jumper) and then press Power button twice.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open the Marketplace application. 
2. Search for the game "Skate Jumper". 
3. Download the game and install it on the DUT. 
4. Open the "Skate Jumper" game and play it. 
5. While playing the game, press the "Power" button to lock the DUT. 
6. Press the "Power" button gain and unlock the phone. 


[3.Expected Result]: 
6.We can unlock device.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6. We can't scroll the unlock button in order to unlock device.

I just had this bug on a 2.1 flame. Not sure about steps to reproduce. the lock screen was not responding after I woke up this morning, although the menu that appears after a long press of the power button worked. The lock screen worked again after I restarted the phone.
