109625 - "Save" button greyed out even when filename selected

When I try to download a file, such as those in the URL given above, I click on
the file, choose "Save to disk", but when the save dialog pops up, the "Save"
button is greyed out, even though a suitable filename has been chosen.  To
ungrey it, you need to move focus to the "File-name" text box by clicking on it.

The "Save" button should be ungreyed from the outset if a filename has been
selected.

if you think this particular bug is *not* a duplicate, please provide a
compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
platform[s]), before reopening.
