The subtitles are showing up in the en-US version of the video on homepage promo and campaign landing page. Liz, is this something you can turn off in the Youtube settings? Need this fixed ASAP.
Is there a way to turn off subtitles for en-US only and keep them for the other locales?
Hey! We'd either have to disable EN subtitles completely to allow the other languages to auto-play subtitles, or turn off auto-subtitles for all languages.
