1096393 - Update Firefox Developer Edition Download button

The current fx dev edition points to ftp.mozilla.org and not the CDN like we use on release channel. The FTP server is being overwhelmed with requests from both silent updates and manual downloads. The releng team is moving aurora over to the CDN and thus we need to update the download button link.

Some changes, in comment 0, it is win and not win32 for the os value.

There is also a stub for win and en-US only:

I've added a new product in bouncer so that the full installer downloads can be fetched over ssl.

The new product is "firefox-aurora-latest-ssl". non-en-US should still use "firefox-aurora-l10n", which was and is still ssl.

We now have SSL full installers for en-US OSX and Linux:
