I was using Nightly 2014-11-09. An updated downloaded in the background, and got ready to apply. Although I may have been notified about an update, I didn't update straight away. After that, whenever I switched to a tab, I got notified that the tab had crashed - though there's no option to send a report. Restarting the tab did get it working again.
Hey Mark - are you able to reproduce this with a debug build and give us a stack with gdb / lldb?

I've tried this a couple of times on my normal build, and I can't reproduce. So I'm wondering if there was something else going on that just caused all tabs to fail. Rather than leave this hanging, I'll resolve as WFM for now.
