1096404 - Error 400 Bad request when using cell data connection on b2g-22.2

2 tests that require cell data connection have failed on latest master build, when running on b2g-22.2: http://jenkins1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com/job/flame-kk-319.mozilla-central.ui.functional.smoke/119/HTML_Report/

The same tests are passing if they ran on different nodes. 
It seems to be the same error as the one described in Bug 1044302. From https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1044302#c7, it looks like a SIM card issue.

Geo, you'll have to ask IT to enable cellular data on this phone number.
