User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 Build ID: 20141106120505 Steps to reproduce: I used to have it working fine, but I wanted to change the email address & the bottom dropped out. I started the process, but in the process, everything (I think) the password is gone, & all except the email I want to change is still there! Actual results: Lost password; Firefox help seems to be incorrect in some places (at least no progress so far) & I have no Sync on 3 systems! BTW, most of the time I can save username/password in a program I pay annual rent on: Roboform, so losing the stuff is not an issue Expected results: I hope/think I should be able to do what I described in "What did you do? (steps to reproduce)"

I treated this with a Mozbackup. However, thanks for your reply. I would appreciate telling me how (the Mozilla help drove me crazy with confusion) to determine or reset the password. I would appreciate being sent it in easily printable form for I must do it on 3 different computers?
