Mozilla fails to initiate picture upload on ebay new auction sales pages,
thereby preventing the auction being posted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in on ebay
2. Set up an auction
3. Make sure you choose a jpeg using ebays picture hosting service.
4. Click continue to post auction


Actual Results:  Nothing whatsover.

Expected Results:  Opened a new window indicating that the picture was
uploading, then closed it and gone to the review item page. 

No workaround available. Makes Mozilla useless as only browser for many ebayers.

duplicate of "ebay.com - Cannot post ebay auction.  -
document.SelectorForm.StoreDeptId has no properties"

Basically, this is a bug in ebay's JavaScript.  Mozilla won't work with this
page till ebay fixes it.
