Description:
When a user has multiple SIMs in their phone and receives multiple calls to both numbers from the same calling phone, they will observe that the call log DOES NOT differentiate the calls to these seperate SIM numbers. The call log entry lists the calls from this same calling # under one entry, and only marks the last SIM as the owner of that entry.
   
PreReq:
- Have 2 SIM cards in the phone
** SIM Phone #1 = SIM1
** SIM Phone #2 = SIM2
- Second phone to produce calls
** Phone2
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141110001201
2) Use Phone2 to call SIM1
3) Observe call-log entry
4) Use Phone2 to call SIM2
5) Observe call-log entry
6) Repeat steps 2-5 to observe how call log reflects information
  
Actual:
Call log entry stacks all calls to both SIMs on phone as same entry. Lists last called SIM as owner of entry.
  
Expected: 
Multiple call log entries for the same dialing number are created for both dialed SIM entries.

An identical issue was observed earlier but not slated towards particular devices:
